Marcus Carter Builder of AI systems for companies

Every object here is a system I built

I build the AI systems a company runs on.

The AI agents that do the work, the outreach and marketing systems that bring in customers, the software a team runs it all from, and the product films, 3D and sites around them. I design and build each one around how the company already works.

Selected work

Start from the decision. Build the whole thing. Show the record.

  1. 01

I start from the decision your business needs to make, not from a tool.

  2. 02

I build it end to end: the research, the system, the interface your team uses, and the film or page that explains it.

  3. 03

Every number is traced to its source, including what the system set aside and why.

I build AI systems end to end.

I’m Marcus Carter. I build AI systems for companies, end to end: the research behind a system, the system itself, the interface a team uses every day, and the film or page that explains it.

Each one does a job a company pays for: finding customers, pricing the work, answering clients after hours, studying a market. Every project on this page started from a real business question and real public data, and every number on it traces back to its record.

I founded The Architect’s Playbook, which builds a business’s marketing as one machine. I co-founded World Wide Consulting and, as Co-founder & Chief AI Officer, designed and built its platform.

I also build in public: I film the work and post it on YouTube. About 142,000 people follow the work, and my videos on applied agentic AI have passed 100 million views.

Working with me starts with a short brief. I study your business before we talk, so the first call is already about your numbers. Then I build the whole system, and every number in it comes with its record.

Send a short brief first. I study your business before we talk, so the first call is already about your numbers.

A sentence or two is enough. I read every brief myself and reply by email.
